Coating plates are mainly used for in-line or off-line finishing of lithographic print. However, while in-line varnishing offers a unique and cost-effective mean to enhancing the overall print impact, the solvent has a negative impact on the environment.

Therefore, at Red032, we swapped solvent for water by using the Dantex Digiwash 4835 for producing Dantex DNVO Varnica digital plates. In doing so, we are providing a more sustainable workflow solution by processing wastewater that requires no filtration and can be sent directly to the drain.

As a result, Red032 offers clean and consistent platemaking in a high-volume production environment, all while reducing our carbon footprint. In turn, we create solvent-free and environmentally friendly plates.

In addition to the sustainability benefits to using the Dantex Digiwash 4853, the dual tank is easy to maintain and has a simple interface which increases the speed of the plate making by up to 90%.
