Founded in 2008, with over 20 years of experience in the packaging industry, Red032 has established itself as a respected reprographic studio and plate maker within the corrugated and flexible packaging markets from our production facility in Cheshire.
As an ever growing company, we are constantly investing in order to provide the best possible service for our customers. Using the latest digital plate making technology from Xiekon, our digitally imaged plates can be imaged up to 5080dpi. For the corrugated market, all of our plates are mounted to millimetre accuracy via our Heaford plate mounting system.
At Red032, we pride ourselves in creating strong long standing relationships with all of our customers. We are able to maintain such partnerships as a result of our quick reactions and our passion to serve the industry at the highest possible standard.

In accordance with our strategic direction, it is our goal not only to maintain these attributes, but to continuously improve on them with a responsibility to satisfy requirements. To ensure this, at Red032, we have made a personal commitment to a Quality Management System, reflecting the requirements of ISO 9001:2015.
Our company recognises that dedication to quality is fundamental in strengthening our reputation as a market leader within the printing industry. By adopting the Quality Management System, our commitment to quality performance is evidently demonstrated. Inherent in the Quality Policy is the satisfaction of both our customers’ requirements and those demanded by legislation and applicable regulatory bodies. Quality Objectives are formally documented, and our system is regularly reviewed in order to test its suitability. Audit results, performance metrics and management reviews are routinely and formally inspected in order to maximise our productiveness, confirming that the corrective mechanisms are functioning. This policy provides a rigid framework, guaranteeing that the quality objectives are set and reviewed. Our management team is responsible for making sure the quality measures are set, monitoring their implementation and should the need arise, taking
corrective action. The Managing Director, Nigel Tunstall, takes overall responsibility for the delivery, the quality of the product and the services provided by our team. At Red032 we deliver and adhere to the customers specifications, established standards and contractual requirements.
